Do you remember why you started your business? Was it so that you had more control over your time? Was it because you thought you could do the job better than what you saw when you were an employee, if you were ever an employee? Was it because you had a passion in the area in which you created your business?
Fast forward to today. You've probably heard of or seen the reality show on HGTV Love It or List It. It's the show where a couple of real estate agents meet with a homeowner. This house owner is no longer necessarily in love with their home.
So what do they do? They challenge the homeowner and go out. They look at houses that are open and available on the market. And they put some money and time into renovating their existing house. And then, they challenge that homeowner to think about whether they love their house now that it's been renovated.

Or do they want to list it and move on.
So my question to you, as a business owner, are you in love with your business? Are you in love with the vision you set up? If not, is it time to renovate your business?
So guess what? I am hosting Elevated Conversations, September 23, 2021. And this is our theme, love it or sell it. Inspired by Love It or List It.
Join me and a small group of your peers to have a chat about vision. About loving your business. About what we can do to fall back in love with our business. And let's see where it leads.
