Carol started her career at RBC Dominion Securities in 1989. Since then, she has received many awards and has been recognized for her investment knowledge and outstanding client service. In 1991, Carol earned the prestigious designation of President of the President’s Club. Carol was promoted to Vice President of RBC in 1994. In 1998, Carol earned the distinction of being selected one of the Top Five Investment Advisors in Ontario by the Investment Dealers Association of Canada.  Carol is currently a Director of RBC Dominion Securities, and is also a registered Wealth Advisor.


Carol is among the select group of advisors who are licensed to conduct discretionary portfolio management for clients. Private Investment Management (PIM), is a service that is greatly appreciated by those who either do not have the time, or the expertise, to make their own investment decisions.


Carol diligently focuses on staying current with her learning to keep ahead of the trends in the financial industry.  In addition to having passed the Canadian Securities Course (Honours) Carol also holds the designations of Certified Investment Manager (CIM), Chartered Financial Planner (CFP), Level II Insurance Licence, Portfolio Manager, Wealth Advisor and has her Options License (Honours).


Community service is important to Carol. She is Past President of the Orillia Kiwanis Club and Past Lieutenant-Governor of the District.  Carol was instrumental in the creation of the Kiwanis Children's Safety Village.

She was Chair of the Leisure World Family Council for Senior Care for over four years, and was involved for ten years with the Community Foundation of Orillia and Area, including a term as Chair. She was one of the original trained volunteers with the North Simcoe Victim Crisis and Assistance Referral Service, which she continues to support.


Carol is passionate about her horses and Western Reining - a competitive horse riding discipline.  She served four years as President of the Ontario Reining Horse Association and seven years as a board member.  She continues to sit on the Board of Directors of Reining Canada.


Carol and her husband, Brian, enjoy spending time with their grandchildren at their ranch and in the summer months travelling to horse competitions.  They also like to golf and travel, and have visited many areas of the world together.

Jeanine has worked in the financial services industry since 1986 in both the United States and Canada. She joined RBC Dominion Securities in 2007. Jeanine has the distinction of having completed both her Canadian Securities Course;  Conduct and Practices Course with Honours and Wealth Management Essentials. In addition, she has her Insurance License.


Jeanine was born in Michigan, and her family had a summer home in Rondeau Park (a provincial park in Southern Ontario) where she first met her husband, Michael, 39 years ago. Thirty four years later, they met again and were married the following year. Before immigrating to Canada in 2006, Jeanine lived in many states (Rhode Island, Vermont, Louisiana, Florida and North Carolina) as well as in France with her family upon graduation from high school. She graduated from the University of Vermont with a BSc in Agricultural Economics. Her parents continue to live in Vermont. Her son Patrick lives in Encinitas, California to be close to the ocean.


Jeanine is an Associate Advisor with The Ivey Group, and her extensive investment knowledge and investment experience are a great asset to the team.

Theresa has been in the financial services industry since 1994.  She has passed the Canadian Securities Course and the Conduct and Practices Course.

Born and raised in Nova Scotia and New Brunswick, Theresa moved to Ontario in 1989, where she lives with her husband Jason, and three sons, Tyler, Jordan and Jaykob.

Theresa's interests are focussed on family, playing ball hockey and soccer with her boys, and she also enjoys biking and running. She firmly believes in giving back to her community, and past involvement includes Friends of the Environment Foundation, Big Brothers Big Sisters, and support of the Heart and Stroke Foundation.

Theresa takes great pride in building strong and long-lasting relationships built on honesty and integrity, and as such is a great asset to The Ivey Group.

Born and raised in Orillia, Sharon joined The Ivey Group in October 2001, after 23 years with Royal Bank. Sharon is also a key member of our administrative group, and her efficiency and dedication help to ensure that our client servicing is second to none. Sharon and her husband, Frank, enjoy their four grandchildren, Cameron, Lauren, Brett, and Michael. She also enjoys going for long walks and spending time with her family.
