With over 27 years of experience at RBC, Cameron brings a great depth of industry knowledge as a Portfolio Manager and Wealth Advisor to his clients. Cameron customizes advanced financial planning strategies and unique wealth protection solutions to meet the needs of families, businesses and philanthropic organizations on national and international levels. As a Portfolio Manager, he offers discretionary investment management services to his clients.

Born in Vancouver, British Columbia, Cameron completed his education in Toronto earning an Honours degree in Economics at York University. He is a Certified Financial Planner (CFP), Canadian Investment Manager (CIM), Options licensed (OLC), Fellow of the Canadian Securities Institute (FCSI) and is licensed to provide insurance solutions to protect and preserve your personal and corporate wealth.

Cameron is actively involved with a variety of professional and charitable organizations including his former role as Director on the Board of the Better Living Health Centre. He has also served on their Planning Committee Board and Finance Board. In his former role as Branch Manager at RBC Royal Bank, Cameron initiated RBC’s participation in the Meals on Wheels program. He recently co-chaired the Special Events Committee of the Yonge Bloor Bay Business Association, which continues to support local businesses and charities in the Yorkville community.

Cameron served on the RBC Dominion Securities Advisory Board which comprised of advisors from across Canada. He represented RBC investment advisors for the Metro Toronto and Northern Ontario regions, alongside his fellow board members, working to improve client service and the client experience at RBC Dominion Securities. Currently, he is a member of the prestigious RBC Dominion Securities Executive Council.

Drawing on over 10 years of financial industry experience, Michael Francella focuses primarily on asset allocation, portfolio management and consulting on the various needs of Forster Wealth Management of RBC Dominion Securities’ clients. Michael’s efforts to deliver the highest levels of performance and professionalism have earned him various distinctions within the RBC Royal Bank community, including the 2017 RBC National Performance Convention Award. Michael was recognized by RBC as a RBC Performance Gold Award winner in 2016.

Michael earned his Bachelor of Commerce, specializing in Finance and Economics, from the University of Toronto. He started his career at RBC Royal Bank, followed by time at Scotia Capital and the Rotman Business School. Michael started working with Cameron Forster in 2010.

Outside of the office, Michael is actively involved in his community with a number of charitable causes, most notably the University of Toronto Alumni Association and Our Lady of Lourdes Parish. He also enjoys traveling with his wife, playing the piano, and being on the golf course.

Jonathan joined Forster Wealth Management in 2017 and plays a key role in day-to-day operations and client services. He is diligent in providing assistance to clients with all administrative matters, maintaining account activity and aiding in documentation needs.

Jonathan graduated from the University of Western Ontario in 2014 with a Bachelor of Arts. Prior to joining RBC Dominion Securities, Jonathan was exposed to variety of initiatives across RBC, via the RBC Career Launch Program.

In his free time, Jonathan enjoys to travel, play the piano, and play a bevy of sports including hockey, golf, and baseball.

Anna Kubicek, CFP, CLU, Estate Planning Specialist

Anna’s greatest source of satisfaction is the success of others. Her relationship with each client is built on respect and trust. No matter how effective the recommended solution may be from a tax and estate planning perspective, Anna’s final words to each client are “follow your instinct, it must feel right.” As she puts it, “One thing my investment advisors and clients always say to me is, I feel understood.”

Truly hearing her advisor partners and clients is much more than just a feel-good exercise. It is essential to providing the elite level of service delivered by Anna and her team. “In order to provide clients with the best solution, I first have to understand their needs. Often, these needs are expressed at a level beneath the spoken words, and so I listen with what I call my ‘third ear’ to hear the true message.” Anna has two boys, Matthew and Nick. She teaches them her trademark: “Do what you say, do the right thing and always persevere.” Anna joined RBC in 2011. She holds both the Certified Financial Planner (CFP) and Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) designations, and is a member of Advocis and CALU.

Mouyleng (Mou) Ly, CPA, CA, TEP, CFP, Financial Planning Specialist

Mouyleng (Mou) Ly is a Chartered Accountant, a Trust and Estate Practitioner, and a Certified Financial Planner. Mou obtained her Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Ottawa. She has completed the CICA In-Depth Tax course and is a member of The Society of Trust & Estate Practitioners (Canada) and the Canadian Tax Foundation.

Prior to joining RBC in 2011, Mou provided professional services to individuals and their owner-managed entities, specializing in personal and corporate tax, estate and financial planning.

Mou’s role is to work with and support your advisor in preparing and presenting comprehensive Compass Financial Plans.

Kelly Rivard, LL.B., CFP, TEP, Will & Estate Consultant

Kelly received her law degree from the University of Western Ontario in 1993 and was called to the bar in 1995.

She practiced in the areas of litigation, family law and estate planning at a law firm until joining a major trust company in 1996, where she worked in a variety of roles involving estate administration and planning. Kelly joined RBC Wealth Management in 2003.

Kelly received her Certified Financial Planning (CFP) designation in 1998 and is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) as well as the Law Society of Upper Canada. She has completed Parts I and II of the CICA in-depth tax course.

Kelly’s significant practical experience in the estate planning and administration field, coupled with her financial planning expertise, allows her to offer guidance on both the tax and personal implications of your estate plan.
