What will you do?

  • Client meeting preparation
  • Fulfill client inquiries
  • Investigate and resolve inquiries related to accounts
  • Manage documentation & regulatory requirements for new and existing clients
  • Maintain client relationships and knowledge of accounts
  • Helping to manage team operations while working to refine processes to ensure the team runs efficiently

 

What do you need to succeed?

Must Have

  • CSC or willing to obtain
  • Excellent client service skills
  • Strong computer skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), Strong written and verbal communication skills Meticulous attention to detail
  • Financial services industry experience with a strong understanding of financial administration, account types, rules and regulations

Nice to Have

  • CSC & CPH (IIROC licensed)
  • Post-secondary degree 
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role
