The Health is Wealth Yoga Series was held every Tuesday at 6:30pm from Jan 29, 2019 to March 5, 2019 at Steed Cycles in North Vancouver.

Over the years we have helped countless people grow their wealth. Through these relationships, we've also seen how poor health can significantly reduce quality of life. What we've learned is that you can't enjoy your wealth without your health!

With promoting healthy living as our intention, The Eydt Wealth Advisory Group partnered with Lululemon Park Royal and Steed Cycles to host the Health is Wealth Yoga Series. Our goal was to bring the North Shore cycling and yoga communities together for an hour a week to focus on mental and physical health.

Over the six-week sold-out series, we filled Steed Cycles with over twenty mats and saw over fifty people, of varying abilities, experience our classes. Some came for one class, some came for all. Eric's wife, Tamara, guided the group through yoga flow sequences that focused on breath, mindfulness and physical poses to rejuvenate the body.

In an effort to harness the positive energy from this series and give back to our community, during the last class we collected donations to support Rise and Thrive. Rise and Thrive is a local initiative founded by Tamara that makes yoga accessible to everyone while benefiting young children in your community who, due to circumstances out of their control, don't have food for lunch at school. We raised enough to fund over 40 lunches!

A special thank you to Steed Cycles for providing the amazing space and to Lululemon Park Royal for helping us with everything from marketing and logistics to providing mats, blocks and complimentary goodies for our guests. With all the positive feedback about this series, we will be looking to host more sessions next fall and winter.
