It's a quiet week for finance news as the US markets closed for U.S. Thanksgiving. Many of you may be out doing your Black Friday shopping. Here in the office we are busy getting ready for our big trade day next week, as well as year-end tax planning. Remember as we come up on year end that the deadline for RESP contributions is coming up - make sure to get those done before it's too late.
Some of the news this week is Alberta and Ottawa striking their oil pipeline deal, communities in the US opposing the proliferation of data centres, and the late Gordon Lightfoot's Martin D-18 Guitar selling at auction for $380,000.
