Cathy has over 30 years of experience successfully managing investment portfolios for individuals, private corporations, foundations and trusts.

Prior to joining RBC Dominion Securities in Midland, Cathy was a partner, director and co-founder of a leading independent investment boutique in Toronto. Before that, she was a vice president and investment advisor with a national investment dealer.

Cathy’s extensive experience, skills and knowledge enable her to provide you with personalized investment management while drawing on the vast resources of Canada’s leading wealth management provider. Working with Cathy, you gain financial security knowing that she takes a conservative, value-based approach to investing that helps protect your wealth as well as grow it.

Cathy was born and raised in Sault Ste. Marie. She graduated from the University of Guelph in 1976 with a Bachelor of Arts, and the University of Western Ontario in 1977 with a Bachelor of Education.

Cathy is involved in many charitable endeavours. Currently she is on the board of directors of Waypoint Centre for Mental Health Care and chairs their Resource Committee. She is also on the Robbert Hartog-Gil Robillard Advisory Committee of the Georgian Bay General Hospital Foundation.

Michelle has over 26 years of experience in wealth management and has been successfully managing investment portfolios for over 11 years. Michelle joined RBC Dominion Securities in 2014, and specializes in the creation of personalized investment portfolios and financial plans. Highly skilled in a diverse range of wealth management services, Michelle offers expertise in estate planning, business succession, retirement planning, insurance, as well as philanthropic planning. Michelle has a genuine passion for investment management and helping her clients achieve their financial goals.

Michelle was born and raised in Windsor Ontario. She graduated from Acadia University in 1993 with a Bachelor of Business Administration. She received her Chartered Investment Manager (CIM), Fellow of the Canadian Securities Institute (FCSI), and Professional Financial Planning (PFP) designations. She is options and insurance licensed and a lifelong learner who believes in education as a tool for success.

Michelle was a member of the Air Force and remains connected to that community. She is currently on the Board of Directors of Quest Art School + Gallery.

Jeff Holloway

Jeff brings over 25 years of work experience to his role with RBC Dominion Securities and joined RBC Wealth Management in 2014. 

Jeff provides wealth management solutions to business owners, executives, professionals and retirees.  His passion is working with clients whose financial situations have become increasingly complex due to the accumulation of wealth and now seek a more comprehensive approach to managing their financial affairs. In additional to investment management this may also include tax minimization strategies, business succession, retirement planning, estate planning, insurance and philanthropic planning.  

Prior to working at RBC, Jeff was a partner at a HR strategy consulting firm and was a vice president at a fortune 500 global financial consulting company. After qualifying as a Chartered Accountant (CPA, CA) while working for a multinational audit, tax and consulting firm, he worked in corporate reporting and analysis.

Jeff was born in Kitchener-Waterloo and spent most of his childhood living in Owen Sound.  He graduated from the University of Waterloo in 1993 with an Honors degree in Mathematics (Computer Science). He holds the Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation and the Chartered Investment Manager (CIM) designation.

Jeff is very supportive of many worthwhile causes in our local community. Currently, he is the Treasurer for the Quest Art School and Gallery in Midland. 

Janet Walter

Janet Walter joined RBC Dominion Securities in May 2010, after a successful twenty five year career at RBC Royal Bank.  Janet assists the team with advising clients in all areas of wealth management such as investment management, financial and retirement planning and estate planning.

Janet was born in Toronto and raised in Midland. She graduated from Wilfrid Laurier University in 1984 with a Bachelor of Business Administration. She received her Personal Financial Planning designation (PFP) in 2003 and Chartered Investment Manager designation (CIM) in 2014.
