As a Portfolio Manager, Andy Stashuk provides access to a comprehensive range of services to help you build and protect your wealth. With over 40 years of experience in the financial industry, Andy's breadth of experience and knowledge help ensure sound advice, expert execution and peace of mind for clients who need solutions for broad and complex wealth management needs.

Andy started his career at the age of 16 working in a part time capacity at a major bank, while attending both high school and University. He joined the Bank full time in 1980 and had 14 promotions in his sixteen year banking career. During his tenor at Scotiabank Andy excelled in a variety of roles from commercial lending and branch management to head office supervisory roles. In 1996, Andy brought this experience into his current career in wealth management.

Andy has built a well-deserved reputation amongst his peers as someone with strong values and integrity, who is committed to his clients' best interests at all times. Andy’s commitment to the client experience, has attracted a wide variety of clientele including high-net-worth individuals, families, and non-profit organizations. He works closely with his clients and their accountants, lawyers and bankers to ensure an integrated and comprehensive approach to wealth management. Andy and his team go well beyond industry standards by meeting frequently with their clients to ensure transparency and peace of mind. Andy holds the CIM (Chartered Investment Manager) designation.

Andy is an avid golfer, enjoys gardening, has a passion for travelling with his wife, Barb, and is also a proud father of three adult children

Tim Mcgee

Tim started his career with RBC in 1996 as an Investment Associate, later joining ScotiaMcLeod, and then Philips, Hagar and North in 2005 as an associate analyst in their Canadian Equity Department. When RBC bought PH&N in 2008, Tim formed his own company providing independent investment research and model portfolios to Investment Advisors across Vancouver and Victoria.
Tim now returns to RBC for the third time in his career, completely convinced that there is no better investment firm in Canada. Tim received his CFA designation in 2001 and has a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from McMaster University. Tim's hobbies include playing and coaching hockey, and running with his kids. 

Tim’s primary role consists of account modelling and trade execution for all client’s accounts.

Ally English

Ally brings over ten years of wealth management experience to her role as Associate Advisor in The Stashuk Group. She started in the industry as an Administrative Assistant at a large Canadian Investment firm. On The Stashuk Team, her focus is on client service and financial planning, using RBC’s unique interactive MyGPS planning software. Ally has her CIM (Chartered Investment Manager) designation.


Ally holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Simon Fraser University. Outside of the office Ally enjoys travelling, exercising, and spending time with her family.


Ally’s focus on our team is to facilitate client portfolio reviews and financial planning strategies.

Graeme Shanna

After graduating from Thompson River University majoring in Finance, Graeme moved back to Vancouver and was eager to start his career in Finance. Graeme joined Dominion Securities in June of 2019, in a general administrative capacity, subsequently joining the Stashuk Group in April of 2020. Graeme works with our valued clients to build strong connections by ensuring that each of our client’s day to day needs are meet. Graeme is very proficient with technology and assists clients with their set up on their DS On-line website. He schedules client meetings, ensuring our service commitments to each household is met.

Graeme is currently enrolled in the CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) program, which is one of the most recognized designations in the investment industry.

When Graeme is not in the office you will find him at the local mountain skiing his favorite line, or biking his favourite trails in the summer.

Robyn Hannula

With a specialization in International Business, Robyn graduated from the Gustavson School of Business at the University of Victoria back in 2016. After gaining banking experience during her schooling, Robyn moved back to her hometown, Vancouver, B.C., to jump start her career in the world of finance.


Robyn has completed her Canadian Securities Course and Conduct and Practices Handbook Course, and looks forward to continuing her education in the financial sector. On her free time, Robyn enjoys exploring the outdoors and socializing with friends and family.

Paul Irving

After graduating with a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of British Columbia in 2015, Paul Irving spent several years working as a project manager at BC Children’s Hospital, as well as operating a business of his own, before deciding to return to school to pursue his passion for finance. Paul graduated with the Medallion in Finance from BCIT’s Financial Management program in 2020, and looks forward to a long career of helping clients meet their financial goals.
Paul has completed the Canadian Securities Course, Conduct and Practices Handbook Course, as well as Level I of the CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) program.
Outside of the office, Paul enjoys running, cooking, and frequenting the endless fantastic restaurants that Vancouver has to offer.
