As a Wealth Advisor & Financial Planner, Allyson takes great pride in making a positive impact for her clients and their families, providing them the peace of mind and confidence that they will reach their financial goals.

Allyson attended Sir Wilfrid Laurier University where she achieved her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. Upon graduation in 2002 she started her career in banking, helping her clients reach their financial goals by delivering personalized, goals based advice.

In December 2006 Allyson decided to put her banking career on hold and follow her entrepreneurial aspirations. Alongside her partner, she founded Progressive Core Health & Fitness Corp, a fitness management company. Today, Allyson serves in an advisory role to the company she founded over a decade ago.

In 2010, Allyson returned to her first passion of Financial Planning & Investment Advising. Joining RBC Dominion Securities has allowed Allyson to thrive in an environment where she can marry her passion for Wealth Management along with being an entrepreneur.

A firm believer in education, Allyson has achieved the Professional Financial Planners (PFP®) designation, Certificate in Advanced Investment Strategies & Certificate in Retirement Strategy through the Canadian Securities Institute.

Allyson lives in Burlington with her husband Jeff, their two young children, Corrigan & Bronson and four legged family members, Kosmo & Konan. When not buzzing around Burlington to various activities, this family enjoys fitness, hiking and cooking as well as relaxing at the family cottage on Kennisis Lake.

Sandy is a licensed Associate and has worked at RBC Dominion Securities since October 2006 and is an invaluable member to Allyson's team. 

Previously, Sandy worked over 20 years in Banking. She has completed the Canadian Securities Course and is licensed to trade stocks, bonds, mutual funds and GIC’s. Sandy is your first point of contact for the team to also handle your administration needs including scheduling appointments, RIF payments, RSP withdrawals, statement inquiries, tax package requests and general account information. Her thorough and detailed approached to client care is an integral part of our team approach.

Sandy is a member of a weekly trivia team and she has yet to find a mall she doe not like!

Jennifer Janeczko, MTax

Jennifer Janeczko completed her Masters of Taxation degree at the University of Waterloo in 2004 after completing a postgraduate diploma in Financial Planning from Wilfrid Laurier University in 2001.

Prior to joining RBC in 2015, Jennifer gained a unique understanding of planning for the owner-manager through various roles within the insurance and accounting industries. Her professional experience includes working extensively with high net worth individuals and their advisors dealing with estate and succession planning, corporate and personal tax, insurance planning, family trusts, private foundations and charitable organizations.

Jennifer has over 10 years of taxation experience, is a member of the Canadian Tax Foundation, sits on the board of directors of the Estate Planners’ Council of Hamilton and is a student member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners.


Suzanne Schultz, CA, CFP
Estate Planning Specialist, RBC Wealth Management Services

Suzanne Schultz is a Chartered Accountant and Certified Financial Planner with a specialty in tax and estate planning.

As an Estate Planning Specialist for RBC, she uses her knowledge of corporate and personal tax to develop personalized insurance solutions to meet the needs of business owners, highly taxed investors, affluent families and other clients. Prior to joining RBC in 2006, Suzanne was the Associate Vice-President of the Tax and Estate Planning Group of one of Canada’s leading multi-family office firms. She was previously a Tax Manager at one of the largest professional services companies where she completed her CA designation with an honour roll placing, and completed the CICA In-depth Tax Course. She has taken numerous courses on tax and estate planning, including masters level courses on U.S. taxes.

Suzanne is the co-author of 78 Tax Tips for Canadians for Dummies, host of the HGTV series House Poor and has been a regular guest on the Business News Network. She has written articles and contributed towards publications for the Globe and Mail, National Post, Toronto Star and Hamilton Spectator.

Suzanne’s areas of expertise include the use of insurance for personal and corporate tax planning, wealth preservation, financial planning, estate planning (including U.S. estate tax) and charitable giving.


Catherine Nicholls, LL.B., TEP
Will & Estate Consultant, RBC Wealth Management Services

Catherine received her Law Degree from the University of Western Ontario in 1978 and has been a member in good standing with the Law Society of Upper Canada since 1980.

She was a partner in a small law firm and primarily practiced law in the areas of residential real estate, Will and Estate planning and estate administration.

Catherine joined a major trust company as a Senior Will and Estate Planner in 1996 and has since then focused exclusively on this area of law. She continues to focus on Will and Estate planning with RBC.

She is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP).


Grant Henri, CFP, PFP, Pl.Fin., TEP
High Net Worth Planning Services, Business Owner Specialist

Grant attended Concordia University in Montreal where he completed a Bachelor of Commerce degree in 1992. He holds three financial planning designations, a Specialist designation from the Trust Institute, and is also a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners. Grant has completed the in-depth tax program with the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants (Levels I, II and III).

Grant has over 25 years of progressive experience in various roles within the financial services field. In addition to his work with RBC Wealth Management, he is currently teaching Tax and Estate Planning courses for the Institut Québecois de Planification Financière to support the continuing education requirements of financial planners in the province of Quebec. Grant has also provided support to the Financial Planners Standards Council of Canada as a subject matter expert and has taught financial planning courses at George Brown College in Toronto.
