Graeme MacGregor joined RBC Dominion Securities in 1992, and quickly developed his skillset, earning the credibility required to act as primary advisor for clients. As well, Graeme took an active focus on fixed income markets and engaged with mid-sized institutional clients, developing a robust network of astute investment thinkers. Today, as a senior portfolio manager and wealth advisor, Graeme draws upon his professional circle and deep experience to scrupulously manage the wealth of families and institutions, priding himself on providing the highest possible level of service. Now as was the case more than 30 years ago, Graeme enjoys connecting with people from all walks of life and offering them financial peace of mind.

Graeme has obtained the designations of Chartered Investment Manager (CIM) and Fellow of the Canadian Securities Institute (FCSI). He also holds a Master of Business from the London School of Economics as well as a Bachelor of Economics from Western University.

Outside of work, Graeme is perpetually learning, reading all relevant information to best serve his clients. He also spends a lot of time supporting his wife’s charitable efforts for New Circles, a community-based agency providing clothing, employment training, and settlement support for people in need. Be it sorting clothes or helping an eager teenager get outfitted for their prom, Graeme says helping new Canadians and Canadians living on a low income is extremely rewarding for him.

Since joining RBC Dominion Securities in 1984, Peter Coward has been a trusted advisor to his clients and has focused on portfolio construction and management for high-net-worth individuals, trusts, and estates. Peter has a deep appreciation for differing perspectives and starts every day with at least an hour of reading to fuel his ever-current perspective on the financial markets. In addition to his deep care, the intellectual capital that Peter brings to every interaction is among the traits his clients value most in him.

Peter began his career in 1982 as a financial analyst for an international packaged consumer goods producer, learning how to uncover the inner workings of a company and its performance through its corporate balance sheets. He took that expertise into his current role as a senior investment advisor. Peter helps his clients make the most of their wealth through rigorous investment management and comprehensive wealth management. Known for his dutiful and dedicated approach, Peter prides himself on providing peace of mind through simple solutions to complex problems. Peter holds an Honours Business Degree from the Richard Ivey Business School at Western University.

When he’s not working or reading, Peter likes to stay active. Still a competitive alpine skier, he spends time on the slopes, a lifelong passion which he now shares with his three children. In the summer months, he enjoys road biking; he has participated in numerous charity rides throughout his career, including from Toronto all the way to Austin in support of cancer-focused non-profit Wellspring.

John Grant grew up in a Toronto family with roots in law and banking that valued modesty, industry, and discretion. His upbringing instilled in him an affinity for problem-solving and a tendency for hard work. He learned early to appreciate a wide variety of personalities and experiences, locally and around the world. John has always approached every opportunity with an inquisitive eye and an open mind, traits that have served him well in his personal and professional life.

John began his finance career in 1992 as an investment banker, developing an in-depth understanding of company fundamentals and market dynamics as he earned progressively senior roles at leading financial institutions. Keen to uncover the story behind the numbers and get to know the people impacted by wealth, John transitioned to investment management at The Harbour Group in 2008.

As a senior portfolio manager and wealth advisor, John applies some 30 years of expertise to advise organizations, CEOs, business owners, professionals, and established families on all their financial matters. In everything he does, John pushes himself to do more and better for his clients. Ever the connector, he draws on his vast professional network – within RBC and beyond – to help preserve and foster their wealth.

John is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and holds securities, options, and insurance licenses. He also holds a Master of Science in Accounting & Finance from the London School of Economics and Political Science, a Master of Business from McMaster University, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Commerce and Economics from the University of Toronto (U of T).

A big believer that the more one gives the more one receives, John – along with his wife – has long been involved in the community, including initiatives at his three daughters’ schools and sports teams as well as his alma mater U of T. His work for the U of T Victoria College investment and pension committees has earned him the Arbor Award for outstanding volunteering in 2016.

A member of The Harbour Group since 2021, Devin Alexander is an associate advisor who prides himself on his dependable, adaptable, and disciplined approach. He has nearly 15 years of industry experience and previously he served as a training and practice management consultant to RBC Dominion Securities advisors. Devin is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder and also holds a BA in Economics from York University. Outside of work, Devin indulges his passion for outdoor activities and automotive hobbies.

A member of The Harbour Group since 2023, Michael Cochrane is an associate investment advisor who prides himself on providing critical support in investment research, portfolio execution, client portfolio reviews, and coordination of wealth management services. Michael has been a member of RBC Dominion Securities for nearly a decade and, in addition to his full associate investment advisor licensing, he has completed multiple courses through the Canadian Securities Institute, including the Options Licensing Course (OLC) as well as the Professional Financial Planning Course. He also holds a Bachelor of Economics (Honours) from the University of Toronto.

A member of The Harbour Group since 2019, Leora Epelbaum is an associate advisor with more than 15 years of financial experience. In addition to her full associate advisor licensing, Leora holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Toronto. Her focus lies on consistently delivering an exceptional experience for clients. In her off hours, she enjoys cycling, hiking, and spending time with family and friends.

A member of The Harbour Group since 2021, Shireka Gallant is an associate advisor with over 15 years of industry experience and prides herself on her strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Shireka is a Chartered Investment Manager (CIM) as well as a Personal Financial Planner (PFP). She has also obtained her options license with the Canadian Securities Institute and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance. When she’s not working, she enjoys going for runs as well as travelling.

A member of The Harbour Group since 2015, Jason Gorewicz is an associate wealth and investment advisor with more than two decades of industry experience who prides himself on his proactive and attentive approach. Jason is a Chartered Investment Manager (CIM) and has his insurance and options licenses. He also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance and Strategic Planning from the University of Edinburgh Management School as well as a BA in Business Administration and Social Development Studies from the University of Waterloo. A once professional tennis player, Jason likes to stay fit and exercise, spend time with his wife and two young kids, as well as travel.

A member of The Harbour Group since 2017, Karen Kelly is an associate advisor with nearly three decades of industry experience. Karen is a fully licensed associate advisor and holds a Master of Arts from the University of Toronto. In her free time, Karen enjoys cooking and baking, and she is an avid runner, who completed a virtual marathon with no formal training.

A member of The Harbour Group since 2023, Jarrett (“Jay”) Leach is an associate advisor with four years of experience in corporate finance. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder and holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance from Sobey School of Business at Saint Mary’s University. Jay enjoys travelling and playing sports. He particularly likes golfing and snowboarding and is an avid motorsports racing fan, having formally raced karts at the national level in his youth.

A member of The Harbour Group since 2020, Eric Lee is an associate investment advisor who prides himself on his strategic, service-oriented approach. He is experienced in working with sophisticated, high-net-worth investors and institutional clients. Prior to joining The Harbour Group, Eric worked at a prominent independent brokerage where he primarily focused on portfolio management and high-touch trading. In addition to his full associate advisor licensing, Eric holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Toronto.

A member of The Harbour Group since 2020, Meredith Mason is an associate advisor who prides herself on her analytical and detail-oriented nature. Previously, she served as an associate within RBC Dominion Securities as well as at an independent financial firm. Meredith is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder as well as a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) charterholder, and she holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Toronto. Outside of work, she enjoys cycling, swimming, travelling, and hanging out with her Dachshund, Maggie.

Susan Roberts is a tenured associate wealth advisor who has been a member of The Harbour Group since 2007. She has comprehensive knowledge and is well versed in client relationships. Susan is a Chartered Investment Manager (CIM) and is options licensed.

A member of The Harbour Group since 2022, Greg Wega is an associate wealth advisor with more than 30 years of industry experience, having served as an investment advisor and financial planner in the past. Greg is a certified Financial Management Advisor (FMA), a Fellow of the Canadian Securities Institute (FCSI), and is options licensed. In his free time, Greg enjoys nature through skiing, canoeing, and woodworking.

A member of The Harbour Group since 2019, Christine Zwirz is a Senior Wealth Associate with nearly 30 years of industry experience. In all she does, Christine brings a positive attitude and commitment to exceptional client service, which makes her a joy for clients to deal with. In addition, Christine was awarded the highest RBC Performance award available to employees in 2014 for exceptional client service. In her spare time, Christine enjoys trail running, cross country skiing, and yoga.

A member of The Harbour Group since 2022, Christian Kobzar is an associate who prides himself on his attentive nature and focus on continual growth. Previously, he served as a mutual fund representative at another financial institution. In addition to his full associate licensing, Christian holds a BA in Economics from Bishop’s University. A former national-level competitive snowboarder, he likes to stay fit through golf and he enjoys travelling.

He is a Chartered Investment Manager (CIM) and holds a Bachelor of Commerce from York University. In his off hours, George likes to go to concerts, watch basketball, play tennis, and cook.

A member of The Harbour Group since 2020, Kort Weir is an associate advisor who prides himself on his client-focused communication style. A self-starter committed to continuing education, he holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the Lang School of Business at the University of Guelph, in addition to being licensed as an Registered Representative with IIROC. In his down time, Kort enjoys playing hockey, golfing, and visiting friends and family in Collingwood.

A member of The Harbour Group since 2022, Brittany Stewart is a team operations manager who prides herself on her strong communication and organization skills as well as her emotional intelligence. Previously, Brittany served as a branch operations manager. She is a licensed investment representative with the Canadian Securities Institute and holds a BA (Honours) in Communication Studies from Wilfrid Laurier University. In her free time, Brittany enjoys being active outdoors, travelling to warm destinations, and viewing live sports.

Johanna joined The Harbour Group in 2012. Johanna prides herself on her empathetic nature and effective problem solving skills. Having joined the financial sector is 2008, Johanna has deep industry knowledge and expertise in day-to-day logistics, account administration, and compliance matters. Her primary focus is client onboarding, enhancing the client experience and overseeing our team’s operations. In addition to her investment representative licensing, Johanna holds a Bachelor of Science from Toronto Metropolitan University. In her off hours, Johanna likes to swim, run, and cook.

A member of The Harbour Group since 2019, Claudia Lopez is an associate who prides herself on her efficient, detail-oriented approach. In addition to her full associate licensing, Claudia holds a Diploma in Business Management with a focus on Financial Services from Humber College. In her downtime, Claudia likes to stay fit, be it at the gym, on the tennis court, or on the hiking trail, and she also enjoys cooking and reading.

She holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance from the DeGroote School of Business at McMaster University. In her spare time, Olenka likes to cook and bake.

In addition to completing the Canadian Securities Course (CSC), he holds a BA in Economics from the Lazaridis School of Business & Economics at Wilfrid Laurier University. In his free time, Adrian likes to play hockey.

A member of The Harbour Group since 2019, Dina Nurgaliyeva is an associate who prides herself on her attention to detail. Previously, she served as a project manager. In addition to her full associate licensing, Dina holds a BA in Sociology as well as a post-graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management from York University. Outside of work, Dina likes to practice yoga and Pilates.

Julie joined RBC in 2016 and has served as a client advisor as well as a fraud officer. In her free time, Julie loves to read, watch documentaries, try out new cuisines, and spend time outdoors.
