Shannon Cleary brings over 20 years of experience in financial services to her role as a Private Banker in Halton South and the surrounding region. She provides business owners, executives and high-net-worth families with proactive, tailored advice and customized wealth management solutions.

Shannon is an active volunteer with her daughter’s school and past volunteer with the Halton Learning Foundation. Outside of work, she enjoys cycling with her family, travel and gardening.
Ritu Narayan brings 19 years of experience with RBC’s Canadian and international wealth management business to her role as Private Banker. She is responsible for providing comprehensive wealth management and financing strategies to high-net-worth business owners, executives, professionals and their families in Oakville, Burlington and the Greater Toronto Area.
Prior to joining RBC Wealth Management, Private Banking, Ms. Narayan served in two previous roles as a Private Banker for ultra-high-net-worth individuals, families and family offices in the United States, Europe and the Middle East, and as Director Immigrant Investor Program, in which she established and managed relationships with a select group of international ultra-high-net-worth families immigrating to Canada.
Now in her role as Private Banker, she works to deliver seamless, unparalleled banking and financial solutions for clients with often-complex banking and credit needs. As needed, she partners with specialists from across RBC and externally to provide a complete range of complementary services, from investment management to estate and philanthropic strategies, domestic and international trust services.
Ms. Narayan has a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Leicester and earned her Personal Financial Planner (PFP) designation. She has two adult daughters, and when not in the office can be found practicing yoga, reading or travelling. Passionate about community involvement, she received an Ontario Volunteer Service Award in 2010 for her years of continuous commitment and dedicated service.
As a Premier Banking Advisor, Aida provides banking and credit solutions to high net worth individuals and their families. Acting as single of contact, she partners with Investment Advisors and Counsellors in Oakville and Burlington to provide personalized service and tailored advice to help clients manage effectively their day to day banking and credit solution.
With over 13 years of financial services experience at RBC, Aida is well respected and regarded by her both clients and peers. She has received regular recognition as top performer and was recently awarded the RBC Convention Award in 2018.
Aida holds a Bachelor's Degree in Fine Arts from the University of Fine Arts Tirana. Committed to assisting in the community Aida has volunteered and assisted with United Way of Halton South, Kerr Street Mission and Bank Bed Race in Oakville.
She currently lives in Oakville with her husband and has two children. In her spare time, Aida enjoys painting, classical music and gardening.

Partnering with Investment Advisors and Counsellors across the region, he provides personalized service and tailored advice to help clients save time and effectively manage their day to day banking needs.
With over four years of experience in financial services with RBC, Scott has quickly become a respected member of the banking community in which he works. Through a dedicated approach to client service and as acting digital enablement champion, he also dedicated time to act as a mentor to other Advisors.
Scott is committed to giving back to his community and volunteers with “Outside Looking In”, an Indigenous youth program to give Canadians an opportunity to learn about indigenous culture through the arts and dance. He also volunteered with Ronald McDonald House Toronto helping to put together packages of food to help families who have a child that is seriously ill at a nearby hospital.
Born and raised in Mississauga, Ontario, Scott holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics from Brock University. He also studied culinary arts before entering the financial industry.
Scott currently resides in the Oakville area and spends his spare time playing hockey, golf, snowboarding and traveling to as many new places as possible.
