RBC Dominion Securities’ Montreal Uptown branch is dedicated not only to their clients, but to the community at large as well. RBC's Blue Water Day

On the 11th of June 2010, Montreal Uptown branch employees supported RBC’s 10-year, C$50 million Blue Water Project by wearing blue. Pedal for Kids

For over 10 years, Montreal Uptown has participated in the Montreal Children’s Hospital Foundation’s Pedal for Kids. Our employees raise funds for the Foundation and then participate in the event by pedaling around downtown Montreal. This year we raised a new branch record of $5,298. Santropol Roulant

As of 2009, Montreal Uptown has been a big supporter of Montreal’s Santropol Roulant – a community organization that delivers hot meals to individuals and seniors with a loss of autonomy. Our Investment Advisors, Associates and managers are dedicated to help Santropol with the delivery of meals, as well as with achieving Santropol’s goal of moving into new facilities so that it can provide an even better service to Montreal residents. Centraide

Montreal Uptown participates in yearly events organized by Centraide that aim to raise awareness about the various agencies and projects that Centraide supports. One such event is the PVM Challenge, which called on Montreal Uptown employees to fundraise, followed by a challenging race up the stairs of PVM. Chez Doris

Montreal Uptown has donated to Chez Doris; a shelter that helps women in need, by providing food, clothing and socio-recreational activities. In 2020, the Uptown branch raised $5000 for the home. To learn more about Chez Doris, check out https://www.chezdoris.org/en/

Sun Youth
