With a financial industry career spanning 13 years, Lester has worn various hats, from Financial Planner to Associate Investment Advisor to managing his practice as an Investment Advisor with RBC Dominion Securities. Lester is dedicated to leveraging the best-in-class resources of RBC Dominion Securities to help his clients realize their financial goals. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Victoria and the Chartered Investment Manager (CIM) designation from the Canadian Securities Institute.
A devoted father of two lovely children, Lester finds purpose in family and community involvement. He engages in community initiatives, including serving as a key organizer of the annual BC Dumpling Festival in Coquitlam. This commitment reflects his financial acumen and passion for helping the community thrive.

Jia joined RBC Dominion Securities in 2023 with a keen interest in research, analysis, and helping people succeed. As an Associate, she assists Lester in providing clients with a full range of wealth management services.
A licensed Insurance Representative, Jia has completed the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and the Conduct and Practices Handbook Course (CHP) from the Canadian Securities Institute to develop her professional skills. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Financial Services from the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology and a Master of Science in Finance from the Beedie School of Business at Simon Fraser University.
Jia strives to provide efficient and responsive service with a great level of care and attention to detail. This is also evident in her creative hobbies, including singing, digital illustration, and animation through individual and collaborative works.
