At RBC Wealth Management, we are committed to safeguarding your sensitive personal and financial information at all times. That’s why we have special safeguards in place to protect you whenever we are sharing that information with you using email. Securing your most sensitive financial documents during email delivery RBCs email security is now provided by Cisco. This Secure Email service allows you and others outside of RBC to safely receive (and reply to) encrypted email messages, including attachments, from RBC employees. 

DS Online secure messaging and eAdmin

Need to send important documents or sensitive information? Through the DS Online Secure Message Centre, you can send and receive secure messages. You can take comfort in knowing that your personal and confidential information is secured and protected by DS Online’s state-of-the-art security technology.

 

Making changes securely

Through the DS Online Secure Message Centre you can now request a variety of changes to your accounts, without having to provide your signature. Some of the requests include:

  • Update address and contact details
  • Remove a trading authority from your account
  • Provide authorization for a third party to view your accounts on DS Online
  • Provide authorization to charge account management fees to a different account
  • Request funds to be wired to another account
  • Request a cheque to be printed from your account
  • Request a withdrawal from your RSP account
  • Request an early RIF/LIF payment or changes to your RIF/LIF payment method or schedule
