Elaine joined the team in 1993. Elaine regards comprehensive planning as the prerequisite for a good investment strategy. She takes the time to understand her clients’ needs and goals, and determines the degree of risk they are ready to undertake. Elaine has proven her ability to help clients realize their financial goals. She believes portfolio management is not a competitive sport for the highest score on a certain day. It requires a disciplined approach and cautious relevance to one's risk tolerance. It is with commitment that one will achieve financial goals and enhance long-term wealth accumulation.

Nancy’s excellence in client service has earned her many referrals from her clients who are of many different backgrounds. She believes that investment decisions must follow straight fundamental practices. Simultaneously one must respond to changes in the financial markets and investor’s risk tolerance. Her first question to investors is “how much risk are you prepared to take?” She found a lot of investors often ignore this crucial element when they make investment decisions. She invites investors to contact her for a “risk check” on their investment portfolios.
